The Tourbillon Mystery is composed of two tri-axial tourbillons placed back to back and positioned in the very center of this timepiece, which is as much a jeweled piece as it is complicated. Two discs entirely set with rubies, one with 119 and the other with 143, totaling ~18.41 ct of blood-red stones, allow for a Mysterious display of time, on which the hour is marked by a 0.28 ct white diamond and the minute by another of 0.18 ct. The case of the Tourbillon Mystery Full Ruby is entirely covered with 212 hexagonal rubies using the invisible setting technique. The dial is set with overlapping hexagonal rubies, oriented in the direction of the double central tri-axial tourbillon.
