Video Sarpaneva Lunations Sarpaneva Lunations is the first Sarpaneva timepiece to feature a caliber with a highly accurate moon phase, embodying Stepan Sarpaneva's 25 years of watchmaking expertise. Thanks to this in-house developed movement, aptly named Sarpaneva Moonment®, the lunation lasts 29 days, 12 hours, 44 minutes, and 2.3 seconds, requiring a single day's adjustment only once every 14,000 years. At 6 o'clock, a large aperture reveals an optical fiber medallion the same thickness as the caliber. The moon is represented by a disc made of RC Tritec's Lumicast®, which rotates eccentrically on the back.
