Minute Repeater Flying Tourbillon "Légèreté" SIHH 2019 – Speake-Marin is launching its new Haute Horlogerie flagship piece: the Minute Repeater Flying Tourbillon "Légèreté," the world's first Carillon Minute Repeater assembled in a 100% sapphire case. The new creation in the Speake-Marin Haute Horlogerie collection has been named "Légèreté" (Lightness) to highlight its sapphire case, which allows one to literally dive into the movement from the top, sides, or back. The case is made of three parts: the bezel, the middle, and the case back. The process by which sapphire is manufactured into a watch case is particularly difficult and requires many hours of work.
