Extra-thin rose gold tourbillon watch. Malachite marquetry dial. Green alligator strap. Combining Piaget's expertise, this Altiplano tourbillon watch enhances Piaget's extra-thin icon with the rarest and most demanding Métiers d'Art. Shaped in malachite marquetry by the lapidary sculptor and master of art Hervé Obligi, the dial radiates vibrant shades of green. A signature of Piaget, the off-centred hours-minutes counter and tourbillon cage form a figure eight, a symbol of eternity. Developed to integrate perfectly with the legendary thinness of the Altiplano, the Manufacture Piaget 670P extra-thin manual-winding movement measures only 4.6 mm thick.
