References in the Grail Atlas catalog carrying the retrograde complication.

A retrograde indication uses a hand that travels along an arc and snaps back to its starting position at the end of its cycle, most often used for date (1-31), day of the week, or running seconds. The Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece Retrograde and various Roger Dubuis pieces use multi-retrograde displays as a signature. Mechanically, the snap-back is a stress event for the mechanism and routine service intervals are shorter than on conventional displays.
