Legal & policy contact

Per-purpose role addresses. Each is the documented contact for a specific kind of message, and each is referenced by name in the policy that scopes it. Operationally, all of them route to one human triage inbox at GrailWatch — the labels exist for routing clarity and legal precision, not to suggest a team of separate inboxes.

How this works. Three of the addresses below ( privacy@, dmca@, notices@) are referenced by their role name in statute (GDPR Art. 13, 17 U.S.C. § 512, DSA Art. 16). Two more (hello@, security@) follow the RFC 2142 and security.txt conventions reasonable senders expect. The remainder are routing labels — a sender's choice of address tells us how to triage the message even though it lands in the same inbox. The arrangement scales: if volume ever justifies a team, the inboxes split without policy churn.
Domain note. GrailAtlas.com is the canonical GrailWatch domain. All addresses resolve once DNS is live (this weekend). Mail sent earlier will bounce; please re-send after the cutover if you encountered a delivery failure.
